The specific scope, deliverables, service levels, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separately executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and applicable Statement(s) of Work (SOW). These Terms apply to your use of the Site and general engagement with InterPeak. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed MSA, the MSA controls.

For liability related to managed services engagements, the limitations set forth in your MSA apply.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InterPeak and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party tools and services. InterPeak does not endorse or control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, located at https://www.interpeakmsp.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Tulsa, Oklahoma under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
